HDM23 LocoTest

The LocoTest module allows to test the I/O ports of a LocoIO, LocoServo and LocoBooster.
The LEDs are used to test the gate as an output and the push buttons to test the gate as an input.
The LocoTest module is also a good tool for practicing the LocoHDL configuration program and setting up LocoIO ports.
You can try to switch the LED of another port with the push button of one port.
